It pointed out that breakthroughs in network architecture and collaborative integration technology were made. Focus on application-oriented task-driven network system architecture design and on-orbit verification, direct connection to satellite mobile phones, space-based computing power, space-space-ground integration, and synaesthetic computing and intelligence integration, etc., and strive to achieve inter-satellite rerouting switching delay less than 5ms, handover success rate greater than 99.9%, support space-based information reasoning, AI single-star maximum computing power exceeding 30 POPS and other indicators, achieve seamless integration of ground networks and satellite networks, and support high-reliability operation of large-scale constellations and multi-network collaboration.
