It mentioned that we will continue to consolidate the industrial foundation and promote the energy level of the entire chain. Focusing on rocket transport capacity, satellite communication payloads, ground equipment and terminals, data operations, network test security, etc., with the goal of "based on local and radiating globally", we will accelerate the construction of an innovative platform for maritime launches; continue to improve the domestic independent and on-orbit adaptation capabilities of satellite communication payloads; promote the implementation of the airborne, shipborne, and vehicle-mounted integrated terminal industries; create industry application solutions in various fields; and improve the test operation and maintenance guarantee system. Output products, solutions and standardized services to meet the needs of satellite networking and space-space-ground integration construction, and promote the industry to leap towards full-chain competitiveness of "core independence, cost leadership, and ecological leadership".
