[NVIDIA, AMD, and Broadcom express their intention to subscribe for up to US$5 billion in Meta shares] On October 26, Meta announced that NVIDIA, AMD, and Broadcom have each expressed their intention to subscribe for up to US$5 billion in total shares in this issuance of Class A common stock at the same price and terms as other investors. Meta emphasized that the above intentions do not yet constitute a binding subscription agreement or commitment. The three companies may ultimately subscribe for more, less or not, and the underwriters may also decide not to sell shares to them.
