[Qingyue Technology’s 370 million yuan advance compensation fund has been launched, and supervision has deployed securities companies to provide qualified investor services] October 27th, the implementation of Qingyue Technology’s 370 million yuan advance compensation fund is progressing steadily. Reporters have recently learned that China Securities Regulatory Commission requires all securities firms to provide notifications and services to qualified investors in advance of the Qingyue Technology Incident. Qingyue Technology received the "Administrative Penalty Decision" from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on October 13. It was administratively punished for fraudulent issuance and information disclosure violations. The company's sponsor, lead underwriter, and actual controller have decided to set up a special fund for advance compensation and entrusted an insurance fund company to act as the manager. The latter issued a manager announcement on October 23. The scale of this special fund reaches 370 million yuan, which will be used to first compensate qualified investors who have suffered losses due to the company's violations of laws and regulations. The association requires that securities companies can increase service efforts through a series of measures such as designated persons in charge, designated managers, opening back-end system accounts, and dedicated customer service hotlines to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of small and medium-sized investors.
