It pointed out that energy resources and computing power layout should be coordinated to improve the energy supply quality of computing power facilities, and the new computing power center will use 100% green electricity. Promote the energy-saving and carbon-reducing transformation of infrastructure such as computing power, communication base stations, and computer rooms. The power usage efficiency (PUE) of the existing data center will reach below 1.35, and the energy efficiency and carbon efficiency per unit of computing power will reach the internationally advanced level.
