[Sinochem Petroleum Sales and Times Electric Services have reached a strategic cooperation] On October 29th, Sinochem Petroleum Sales recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Times Electric Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CATL, under which both parties will jointly promote the development and operation of charging and swapping stations. Sinochem Petroleum Sales provides sites, government-enterprise docking and customer resources, while Times Electric Services is responsible for station construction, battery equipment installation, operation and maintenance, and market operations.
