Among them, Wuhan Archimedes also added CATL New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. as a shareholder; the registered capital of Xinciyuan increased from 1.24375 million yuan to approximately 1.3202 million yuan. Shareholder information shows that Hanxing Venture Capital Co., Ltd. is wholly owned by Xiaomi Technology Co., Ltd. Currently, Hanxing Venture Capital holds 2% of the shares of Wuhan Archimedes and 4.014% of the shares of Coreciyuan respectively. CATL holds 4% of the shares of Wuhan Archimedes. The business scope of the two invested companies includes integrated circuit design, integrated circuit chip design and services.
