During the talks, the two sides reached a series of consensus on the frequency coordination of relevant frequency bands for 4G/5G public mobile communication systems in the China-Vietnam border areas based on the principles of friendly consultation and mutual benefit. They also had in-depth exchanges on radio frequency management policies and views on topics for the 2027 World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-27), laying a foundation for maintaining the order of radio waves in the border areas between China and Vietnam and ensuring the normal operation of various radio services. At this meeting, the Chinese delegation was composed of the Radio Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Yunnan Province, the National Radio Monitoring Center, and four basic telecommunications operating companies. The Vietnamese delegation is composed of the Radio Frequency Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam and relevant telecommunications operating companies in Vietnam.
