[National standards related to intelligent steel manufacturing are released to provide rules for the construction of intelligent systems] On November 1, the State Administration for Market Regulation released three national standards: "Intelligent Manufacturing: Scrap Steel Smart Factory Design Requirements", "Smart Manufacturing: Steel Smart Factory Digital Twin System Technical Requirements", and "Smart Manufacturing: Steel Industry Multi-base Manufacturing Resource Collaborative Management and Control System Technical Requirements", which respectively anchor key links such as scrap steel factories, digital twins, and multi-base collaboration to support the construction of a system of advanced steel manufacturing technology requirements. The standard proposes an overall architecture of "factory equipment + infrastructure layer, platform layer, and application layer" to standardize intelligent design, intelligent production, intelligent logistics, intelligent management, and integration optimization. The standard establishes a three-layer architecture of "target entity-digital entity-twin application", subdivides the twin model into three categories: digital model, knowledge model, and intelligent model, and proposes construction requirements respectively. After the standard is released, the system will fill the gaps in the steel industry's intelligent manufacturing needs in the fields of scrap steel smart factories and steel smart factory digital twins, open up a technical path for multi-base coordination in the steel industry, and help improve the advanced manufacturing level of the steel industry.
