[Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations App suffers cyber attack] November 2: According to the TASS news agency today (November 2) citing the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, the mobile application (App) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations "suffered a large-scale cyber attack", resulting in "false information being spread to the public." The TASS news agency reported that the Emergency Situations Ministry was working to restore the app, but gave no further details. (CCTV International News)
