The notice states that if the depositor family has no outstanding housing provident fund loans in Hainan Province, it can apply to withdraw the housing provident funds of the individual and his spouse in accordance with the regulations, and use them for the renovation of a self-occupied house purchased under the family's name in Hainan Province. If the depositor family applies to withdraw for the decoration of its self-occupied house, the withdrawal amount will be calculated and approved based on the building area multiplied by 1,000 yuan/㎡, and the maximum withdrawal amount of the household shall not exceed 150,000 yuan each time.
