[Cinven plans to acquire women’s health pharmaceutical company Theramex for 2.6 billion euros] On November 3, it was reported that private equity investment firm Cinven planned to acquire women’s health pharmaceutical company Theramex from Carlyle and PAI Partners for 2.6 billion euros. Theramex's business covers contraception, fertility, menopausal health and osteoporosis treatment. Carlyle and PAI acquired the company from CVC in 2022.
