[Infineon plans to launch the first MCU platform using the open standard instruction set architecture RISC-V] On November 4, Infineon announced that it will launch its first automotive microcontroller platform AURIX™ RC1 using the open standard instruction set architecture RISC-V. The company will demonstrate the concept of the AURIX™ RC1 series at the electronica trade show in Munich, Germany (November 10-13), and plans to provide samples in the first half of 2027.
