This drug is a Class 1 innovative chemical drug and is intended to be used to treat idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). It is a new inhaled siRNA drug targeting matrix metalloproteinase 7 (MMP7) and is expected to be administered once every 2 months.
