At the main forum of the summit, the "Working Together to Build a Global Open Artificial Intelligence Action Initiative" was officially released. The initiative points out that computing power, data and talents are becoming increasingly important in the artificial intelligence revolution, but they are highly concentrated. Countries and companies that have the conditions to develop and apply basic large models are still in the minority, and a new digital divide may arise from this.
