[Nationstar Aerospace: Plans to sell 30.121 million H shares globally Offer price shall not exceed HK$33.2] On November 5, NationStar Aerospace announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company plans to offer 30,121,000 H shares globally, 3,012,100 H shares in Hong Kong, and 27,108,900 H shares internationally. The maximum offer price is HK$33.20 per share; the shares are expected to begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 13, 2026.
