[Zeproxitinib’s New Drug Application for the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis Accepted by the State Food and Drug Administration] On November 6, Simcere Pharmaceutical Group announced that its New Drug Application (NDA) for the highly selective second-generation JAK1 inhibitor zapxitinib, in collaboration with Linco Pharmaceuticals (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., for the treatment of moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis, has been officially accepted by the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). This is also the second indication for zeptoxitinib to enter the registration review stage in China.
