[Bilibili: Completion of Tencent Note Subscription and Synchronous Tencent Repurchase] On November 6, Bilibili announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company’s previous announcements related to (including) (i) Tencent (through its subsidiaries) subscription of the Notes with an aggregate amount of US$200 million (Tencent Note Subscription); and (ii) the Company repurchased some of the existing Class Z ordinary shares and American depositary shares held by Tencent (through its subsidiaries) for US$200 million (synchronized with Tencent's repurchase). The company announced that the Tencent bill subscription and simultaneous Tencent repurchase have been completed simultaneously on November 5, 2026 (after Hong Kong trading hours).
