The second is to adhere to inclusive and win-win cooperation and strengthen maritime partnership. The international community must adhere to the principle of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits, and promote the people-oriented and sustainable development of the marine economy. The third is to advocate unity and tolerance and strengthen maritime security cooperation. The international community should practice a common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security concept and properly handle maritime-related differences and disputes through dialogue and consultation. The fourth is to uphold a shared destiny and protect the beautiful homeland of the ocean. The international community should pay attention to the harmony between people and the sea, and deepen international cooperation in the maritime field to deal with climate change, disaster prevention and reduction, etc. Zhao Zhiyuan said that the Fifth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made systematic arrangements for persistently promoting comprehensive and strict party governance, creating new opportunities for deepening mutually beneficial cooperation between China and other countries around the world. As a responsible maritime power, China will continue to be a practitioner of international ocean cooperation, a defender of the world ocean order, and a builder of global ocean governance, and contribute to global ocean cooperation and governance.
