Ding Xuexiang said that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the China-Russia strategic partnership of coordination and the 25th anniversary of the signing of the China-Russia Treaty of Good Neighborliness, Friendly Cooperation. President Xi Jinping and President Putin have met many times, communicated in depth on the development of bilateral relations, and drawn a new blueprint for cooperation in various fields. Since the 12th meeting of the China-Russia Investment Cooperation Committee, the two sides have closely communicated and docked in accordance with the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, and promoted investment cooperation to achieve a series of new progress and results. China is willing to work with Russia to thoroughly implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, continuously deepen and expand practical cooperation in the investment field, better achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and continue to enhance the well-being of the two peoples. Ding Xuexiang made suggestions on further deepening cooperation between the two parties: First, strengthen planning and policy guidance, carry out in-depth industrial docking and project promotion, and jointly support the deepening and solidification of investment cooperation between enterprises of both parties. The second is to promote the implementation of key projects to achieve results, effectively play a demonstration role, and continue to enhance the scale and level of investment cooperation between the two countries. The third is to expand the breadth and depth of cooperation, continue to consolidate cooperation in processing and manufacturing, engineering infrastructure, etc., and strengthen practical cooperation in more fields such as green industry and digital economy. The fourth is to work hard to solve outstanding difficult problems, properly address the practical concerns of enterprises on both sides, and jointly create a better business environment.
