[Tencent Music announces pricing of US$1 billion note sale] On September 4th, Tencent Music announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on September 3, 2026 (US Eastern Time), the company announced the public offering of its senior unsecured notes with an aggregate principal amount of US$1 billion. The public offering includes US$500 million of notes due 2031 with a coupon rate of 5.050%, and US$500 million of notes due 2036 with a coupon rate of 5.650%. The Company expects to complete the Notes Offering on or about September 10, 2026 (U.S. Eastern Time), subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. After deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, the Company expects to receive approximately US$991.9 million in net proceeds from the offering. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of overseas debt and share repurchases.
