The planned monthly production capacity of the 12-inch production line of the Nortel Integration Project is 50,000 pieces. The project will start construction in 2024. Engineering construction and process research and development are being advanced simultaneously and efficiently. Equipment has been moved in in the fourth quarter of 2025. It is still in the equipment debugging and production capacity ramping stage. It is expected to achieve mass production by the end of 2026 and reach full production in 2030.
