[Nanda Environment: The controlling shareholder plans to publicly solicit the transfer of some shares, control or change] On September 8, Nanda Environment (300864.SZ) announced that the company’s controlling shareholder Nanda Capital plans to transfer no less than 15% of the company’s total share capital, that is, no less than 23.8656 million shares, through a public solicitation of transferees. After the transfer is completed, Nanda Capital's shareholding ratio will not exceed 14.23%, which may lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller.
