["Beijing's Digital Economy Development Plan for the "15th Five-Year Plan" Period" Issued] On September 9, the Beijing Municipal People's Government issued the "Beijing Municipality's Digital Economy Development Plan for the "15th Five-Year Plan" Period. It pointed out that by 2030, the amplification, superposition, and multiplication effect of digital intelligence technology on economic development will be significantly exerted, the value potential of data elements will be fully released, the level of integrated development of the real economy and the digital economy will be greatly improved, the digital governance system will be more complete, a number of digital smart city benchmark application scenarios will be created, and a global digital economy benchmark city will be built. On this basis, we will accelerate the evolution of the digital economy to a new stage of intelligence and strive to build a global benchmark city for the intelligent economy.
