Promote the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei "Galaxy Computing Corridor" project, promote cross-regional computing power collaboration, build a "core hub + regional node" network, and integrate into the national integrated computing power network. Improve public computing power supply capabilities and establish a quality evaluation and grading certification system. Promote the collaborative green transformation of computing and computing. Coordinate the layout of computing power and power infrastructure, build pumped storage and other power conditioning facilities, and form a linkage mechanism between computing power supply and clean energy consumption. Create a computing and electricity collaborative industry chain and develop industries such as energy-saving equipment, energy storage systems, and intelligent dispatching. Promote the green transformation of existing data centers, explore mutual recognition of carbon sinks and green access mechanisms, guide intelligent computing tasks to focus on low-carbon nodes, and use 100% green electricity in new intelligent computing centers.
