[Russia’s oil and gas revenue fell 16.7% year-on-year in the first eight months] On September 9, the Russian Ministry of Finance said that from January to August this year, the oil and gas revenue in the Russian federal budget revenue was approximately 5.02 trillion rubles (1 US dollar is equivalent to 86 rubles), a year-on-year decrease of 16.7%. According to preliminary estimates by the Russian Ministry of Finance, in the first eight months of this year, the Russian federal budget revenue was approximately 25.93 trillion rubles, a year-on-year increase of 9.2%, of which non-oil and gas revenue was approximately 20.91 trillion rubles, a year-on-year increase of 18.1%.
