[China has achieved important results in the field of international standardization of wearable electronics] September 10th, according to the State Administration for Market Regulation, the International Electrotechnical Commission recently officially released the "Wearable Electronic Equipment and Technology - Test Method for Forearm and Hand Wearable Surface Myoelectric Sensors" (IEC 63203-403-1:2026) international standard. This standard was proposed by Chinese experts who served as the leader of the standard project, and was jointly completed by experts from the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Finland and other countries. It fills the gap in international standards for testing methods in the field of myoelectric sensing smart wearable devices and is an important achievement achieved by China in the field of international standardization of wearable electronics.
