It is mentioned that the local industry and information technology departments, together with the finance and taxation departments, will strengthen daily supervision of the companies on the list according to the division of responsibilities. During the supervision process, if it is discovered that an enterprise has used false information to apply for inclusion in the list, it should be jointly verified in a timely manner and jointly submitted to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for review. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, together with the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation, will review and notify the relevant regional industry, finance, and taxation departments for enterprises that do not meet the conditions, cancel their qualifications to enjoy the policy, recover relevant taxes and late fees in accordance with the law, and shall not apply to enjoy this preferential policy within three years.
