On the 9th, the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency passed a resolution on the Iranian nuclear issue jointly promoted by the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. The resolution advocates referring Iran's so-called "violation of its nuclear non-proliferation obligations" to the United Nations Security Council. Reza Najafi, Iran's representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency, said that this resolution is a "political tool" rather than a "technical document."
