Shenzhen Data Exchange was officially included in the directory of national data property registration institutions, and became the three approved national data property registration institutions together with Beijing International Big Data Exchange and Shanghai Data Exchange. It is reported that the implementation of a national unified data property rights registration system marks that China's data property rights system has entered a new stage of systematic and normalized implementation. The Shenzhen Data Exchange said that the next step will be to standardize the entire process of the five registration types: initial registration, change registration, transfer registration, renewal registration and cancellation registration, open up a full-chain service system for data registration, circulation, and assetization, and promote the standardized application of data property rights registration certificates in data circulation transactions, data resource entry into the table, financing guarantees, pricing and shareholding and other scenarios.
