[Bank of China launches "One Network, Three Integration" computing power financial ecosystem co-construction action] September 12th, according to Bank of China news, on September 12, at the opening ceremony of the 2026 China Computing Power Conference, Bank of China, with the guidance and support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Bank of China, together with China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, People's Insurance Company of China, China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd., China Bank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and other ecological partners, jointly launched the "One Network, Three Integration" computing power financial ecosystem co-construction action. During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, Bank of China will join hands with computing power ecosystem partners such as insurance, industrial investment, asset management and financial leasing to build a "computing power +" industrial financial ecosystem, provide no less than 300 billion yuan in comprehensive financial support to upstream and downstream enterprises in the computing power industry chain, support no less than 100 key intelligent computing center projects, provide cross-regional, integrated collaborative financial services for national computing power interconnection regional nodes, and empower more than 3,000 computing companies.
