It is the first generation of online game R&D companies in South Korea and the original rights holder of the extremely influential "Legendary" IP. After the completion of this transaction, the company will indirectly hold 49% of the 40.25% controlling interest in Yumede, and Yumede will become the company's indirect shareholder in an overseas listed company. In this transaction, the company's overall estimated investment is US$298 million (approximately RMB 2.03 billion).
