[A 5.5-magnitude earthquake occurred in the southwest offshore area of Mexico] September 15th, according to the National Seismological Monitoring Service of Mexico, at 14:38:58 local time on September 14, a 5.5-magnitude earthquake occurred in the sea approximately 387 kilometers southwest of the city of Lázaro Cardenas, Mexico, with a focal depth of approximately 10 kilometers. The city of Lázaro Cardenas is located in the state of Michoacán in the southwestern part of the country. Mexico's earthquake warning system was not activated. At present, there is no tsunami warning report, no casualties or property damage reports.
