[Two departments: Research on new architectures such as end-side intelligent computing chips, high-end storage chips, storage and computing integration] On September 15th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry". It mentioned that we will tackle end-side intelligent computing chips and high-end storage chips, and develop new architectures such as near-memory computing and integrated storage and computing. Develop end-side operating systems and chip enabling software, and improve development environments such as development frameworks, operator libraries, and inference acceleration engines. Research and develop algorithm architecture and lightweight technology, develop agent technology, and study multi-model scheduling and multi-agent collaboration systems. Research and develop high-dynamic, high-real-time posture and motion control technology, and develop embodied intelligent algorithm libraries, action libraries, and knowledge libraries.
