[Zhejiang: By 2028, achieve full coverage of water source risk assessment, full coverage of facility hazard inspections, and full coverage of smart water monitoring] On September 15th, 11 departments including the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Construction recently jointly issued the "Guidance on Further Strengthening Urban Water Supply Safety." The "Guiding Opinions" propose that by 2028, full coverage of water source risk assessment, full coverage of facility hazard inspections, and full coverage of smart water monitoring will be achieved; by 2030, an urban water supply security system will be comprehensively established that integrates water source security, reliable facility operation, dynamic risk monitoring, and efficient operation and maintenance.
