At present, the Ministry of Water Resources has released three batches of inter-provincial river lists for water resource regulation, and has included all 94 inter-provincial rivers with approved water distribution plans into the list management. The 10 major water diversion projects in the list have been continuously dispatched to ensure the safety of water supply and ecological security in the basin area. By strengthening the unified dispatch of water resources and strengthening the protection of ecological flow, a large number of discontinued rivers such as the Yongding River, Xiliao River, and Zhang River have regained vitality.
