[Ministry of Justice: Accelerate the formal launch of the first national foreign-related legal service platform] On September 16th, the State Council Information Office held a series of press conferences on the theme of "Starting the 15th Five-Year Plan" today (16th). The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Justice introduced that the first national foreign-related legal service platform has been initially established. It extensively gathers urgently needed resources such as foreign legal texts, regional country legal guides, typical cases of foreign-related legal services, and agency personnel information, and strives to provide high-quality and efficient foreign-related legal services to our overseas enterprises and citizens. In the next step, we will speed up the official launch of the platform, deepen the construction of an international commercial arbitration center, support more law firms and arbitration institutions to "go global", and take multiple measures to build a foreign-related legal service system that integrates online and offline, and links domestically and overseas. During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, the Ministry of Justice will also coordinate and promote legislative projects such as international civil and commercial judicial assistance, foreign labor cooperation, and foreign contracted projects, and accelerate the enrichment of the foreign-related legal "toolbox."
