Stellantis, Tianqi Holdings, Wang Peng and Tianqi New Power plan to jointly establish a new joint venture in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. The joint venture will engage in the production and sales of motorcycles, and all products produced will be exported overseas. After the transaction, Stellantis, Tianqi Holdings, Wangpeng and Tianqi New Power respectively hold 49%, 21%, 20% and 10% of the equity of the joint venture and jointly control the joint venture.
