[The import and export value of China-Laos railway increased by 31.5% year-on-year in the first eight months] September 16th, according to Kunming Customs statistics, in the first eight months of this year, 3.822 million tons of goods were imported and exported via the China-Laos railway, with a value of 23.38 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.6% and 31.5% respectively; exports were 11.24 billion yuan, and imports were 12.14 billion yuan, both a year-on-year increase of 31.5%. The "golden line" effect continues to be released. Imported categories are increasingly abundant.
