[Yurong Group once nearly tripled its controlling shareholder change] On September 16, as of press time, Yurong Group (01536.HK) rose 167% to HK$0.51, with a turnover of approximately HK$32.8 million. The company announced that the controlling shareholder Caihui Investment sold a total of 176 million shares from September 8 to September 15, accounting for approximately 38.54% of the issued share capital; after the sale, it only held 12.446 million shares (approximately 2.73%) and was no longer the controlling shareholder and major shareholder. HelloBaby International Limited acquired 132 million shares (accounting for 29.00%) at approximately HK$0.454 per share on September 15, becoming the company's major shareholder.
