The company has taken over all the indium phosphide substrate assets of Pioneer Technology Group through a capital increase and held Xiangrui Technology. It has completed three generations of crystal iterations from 2 inches to 6 inches, and is one of the first domestic manufacturers to launch 6-inch indium phosphide substrates. At present, the products have been delivered in batches to domestic and foreign optical communication chip and device manufacturers, and the 6-inch indium phosphide substrate has received an order from a global leading customer. Currently, domestic customer demand is in the transition stage from 2 or 3 inches to 4 inches, and overseas customers are in the transition stage from 4 inches to 6 inches. Relying on the group's 8N-grade high-purity indium mass production capabilities and 6.5N-grade and above high-purity electronic-grade red phosphorus preparation capabilities, core equipment is self-developed and self-produced, and production expansion is not restricted by material bottlenecks. In terms of the germanium industry chain, Inner Mongolia Guangzhi Mining Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, was established in August and plans to purchase lignite powder from the group to carry out germanium purification business. Purified metallic germanium is mainly used for electronic material grade germanium dioxide, optical fiber grade germanium tetrachloride, space photovoltaic grade zone melted germanium ingots, etc. Xilingol League has proven reserves of germanium-containing lignite of 113 million tons and germanium metal reserves of 3,458 tons. The group has invested in a local optical materials industrialization project with a total investment of 5.3 billion yuan. After completion, the annual lignite preprocessing capacity will be 900,000 tons, and the annual germanium ingot production capacity will be 80 tons.
