A[Henan: Implement three-year actions for key urban renewal projects and conduct in-depth urban physical examinations] On August 31, the General Office of the Henan Provincial People's Government recently issued the "Notice on Resolutely Fighting to Win the Summer and Autumn Battle of Economic Development and Promoting Key Task Measures to Continue New, Better and Better Development of the Economy in the Second Half of 2026", which mentioned that high-quality urban renewal should be promoted. Implement the three-year action of key urban renewal projects, carry out in-depth urban physical examinations, formulate policies to support the functional conversion and mixed use of existing buildings, issue an implementation plan to promote the construction of complete urban communities, do a good job in Zhengzhou and Luoyang's central financial support for urban renewal actions, and explore the urban renewal model with "one city, one policy". We strive to build 300 complete communities throughout the year, update 2,000 old residential elevators, add more than 50,000 urban public parking spaces, and build 15,000 new charging piles (guns) in public service areas.
