Abstract:
Apple may announce another batch of new products in late October, and it is speculated that the new Mac will become the focus. Multiple people familiar with the matter said Apple plans to release more products in the last week of October; they did not confirm whether this will be an offline conference, an online event, or announced in batches through press releases. AppleInsider calls it a "second event", which is speculation on the release format and is not an arrangement that Apple has announced.

This will follow up on the smart home product launch expected to take place on October 13th. Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman said that Apple plans to launch a smart home hub with a screen, a new HomePod mini and Apple TV 4K on the same day, and said that Apple will hold an event. The above arrangements have not yet been officially announced by Apple.
As for the Macs that may be unveiled in late October, they are more likely to include a 24-inch iMac equipped with an M6 chip, a 14-inch MacBook Pro equipped with a basic M6 chip, and the rumored high-end OLED touch MacBook Pro model. 9to5Mac previously reported that the entry-level 14-inch MacBook Pro and iMac are expected to be upgraded to M6; the OLED touch models may use M5 Pro or M5 Max, which belong to different product lines.
Apple has also announced that a high-end Mac Studio equipped with an M5 Ultra chip and 512GB of unified memory will be available in late October, but this arrangement does not necessarily mean that it will be included in a launch event. The OLED version of iPad mini is also rumored to be launched this year, but the release time is not yet clear.
Therefore, it is currently more safe to say that Apple may announce products in two batches in October, with the second batch at the end of the month, and the new Mac products attracting the most attention; the specific model, release date and release form have not yet been determined.
