Abstract:
Apple retail stores are said to be undergoing a new round of display adjustments around November 6. According to Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman, the store plans to replace the displayed products and signage starting on the evening of November 5. Since the adjustment is timed closely to the rumored October new product launch event, this is seen as a signal that the new Mac and iPad may go on sale on November 6, but Apple has not officially confirmed the event, product or launch date.

Products that may be launched during the new round of store adjustments include the OLED version of the iPad mini and the MacBook Pro with OLED screen and touch functions. Rumors also claim that this MacBook Pro may be lighter than the current model, and may replace the screen notch with a smart island; these design details are currently not supported by official specifications. The OLED version of iPad mini is said to change the front FaceTime camera to a horizontal layout. The screen size, resolution and other configurations have not yet been disclosed.
Other products that may be unveiled include a 14-inch MacBook Pro equipped with an M6 chip, and an iMac with an upgraded M6 chip. The report did not give the chip performance, memory, interface or display parameters of these products, nor did it indicate whether they would be sold at the same time as the OLED touch MacBook Pro. Previous reports have scheduled the event for October 27, but the date and new product list are still rumors.
If the relevant news is true, Apple may launch new products on Fridays in the next few weeks: iPhone Duo is said to be on sale on October 23, HomePod mini 2 is on October 30, new Mac and iPad products may be launched on November 6, and HomeView and Apple TV 4K are rumored to be scheduled for November 13. Store display adjustments can only provide clues to the pace of launch, but cannot independently prove that the product has been finalized.
