Abstract:
On November 4, in response to the news that "Buffett has not drank water in 48 years", Duan Yongping, who has had many face-to-face communications with Buffett, said that he was "a little bit unconvinced", but also said that "I have seen Buffett many times, and I have never seen Buffett drink water in my memory."

A few hours later, he added some details: When meeting Buffett, he did hold a Coke every time, but he drank very little, "it seemed like a sip."
It is understood that this statement, which sounds quite counter-intuitive, first came from the podcast of hedge fund tycoon Bill Ackman. He recalled inviting Buffett to his home for dinner many years ago and deliberately prepared Buffett's favorite cherry-flavored Coke in advance. During the dinner, he politely asked if he would like a glass of boiled water or sparkling water.
As a result, the 96-year-old Buffett directly replied: "Bill, I haven't drank water in 48 years."

He himself did not shy away from it. When interviewed in 2015, I calculated that I consumed 2,700 calories a day, a quarter of which came from cola. He also joked that a quarter of his body is made of Coke.
