Abstract:
French top supercar manufacturer Bugatti officially announced its first branded residential project in the United States - Bugatti Residences Miami. The project costs US$650 million and will stand in a prime location on the Miami River near the Brickell Financial District. It is a 60-story super high-rise building that combines ultimate engineering aesthetics and top-notch luxury services.

It is reported that the project is jointly developed by Bugatti, American real estate developer Prosper Group and Belgian Versluys Group. The exterior of the building is designed by the well-known architectural firm Brandon Haw Architecture, and the internal space is carefully created by the international design studio Yabu Pushelberg. The visual style of the building continues Bugatti’s iconic streamlined supercar design language. The exterior facade presents elegant aerodynamic curves, paying tribute to the resort style of the French Riviera and the brand’s classic high-end lifestyle.

The entire skyscraper is planned to accommodate 183 high-end residences, including 4 top-notch custom-made iconic penthouses. In order to meet the top needs of car enthusiasts, this project continues the pioneering features of the luxury car brand's cross-border real estate. It is equipped with an exclusive car lift that runs through the vertical circulation line of the building, allowing owners of specific penthouses to drive their favorite super sports cars directly into the private sky garage at high altitude. In addition, the building will also introduce the internationally renowned Rhodium personal butler system to provide residents with around-the-clock exclusive concierge, private spa and customized daily services.

This is another iconic real estate project launched by Bugatti in the world after the Dubai Business Bay residential project. It marks the comprehensive cross-border extension of the super sports car brand into the high-end lifestyle field. According to the project development plan, Bugatti Miami Apartments is expected to officially launch sales in 2027. It will not only add a new landmark with great visual impact to the Miami skyline, but also further kick off the competition among the world's top automobile brands in the high-end real estate field.
