On the 19th anniversary of the release of "Legend of Sword and Fairy IV", "Legend of Sword and Fairy IV: Remastered Edition" officially announced the latest development progress of the project and announced that the "Night of Sword and Fairy" Carnival will be held in Hall 4 of Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center in Hefei, Anhui on December 5, 2026. This event is free and open to the public, and is divided into two parts: an indoor theme party and an outdoor immersive garden party. No reservation is required for the garden party, while for the in-field party, you need to reserve and lock your tickets in advance. Players who attend the party can also receive exclusive souvenirs.
Officially revealed that the development progress of the game is currently stable and it is still being polished and optimized. At the party on December 5, the finalized PV, actual machine demonstration, new soundtrack, release time, game pricing, and physical version information will be released for the first time. At the same time, a producer dialogue session will be set up. Producer Zhang Xiaoquan will be present to share behind-the-scenes development stories. There will also be voice actors on stage, fairy sword-themed performances, lucky draws and many other contents.
"Legend of Sword and Fairy IV: Remastered Edition" is developed by UP Software and published by Cube Games. It is built using the Unreal 5 engine and will be launched on PC, PS5, XSX|S and Switch platforms. The specific release date will be announced at the carnival.
