Abstract:
SpaceX CEO Elon Musk believes that the company’s Starmind AI computing satellite constellation will have more power than the International Space Station. On Thursday local time, Musk reposted a post from a user on the X platform that compared the size of SpaceX satellites. Musk said: "Each SpaceX super-intelligent spacecraft will have more than 250 kilowatts of solar power, which is about 20% higher than the International Space Station."

Musk further elaborated on his views in another post directed at Aaron Burnett, founder of investment firm Mach33. Burnett predicted in the post that using Nvidia's NV72 AI rack, Xingzhi AI satellite is expected to generate up to $50 million in revenue, and its "Token price is only one-third of the current Grok 4.7 price."
Musk shared his opinion, saying he is "cautiously optimistic" that SpaceX will be able to run the "SpaceX version of VR72" at an average power of close to 250 kilowatts - which means the peak power will be about 10% higher. The billionaire added that if this goal is achieved, it will be of great significance and has the potential to be applied to the field of terrestrial AI computing.
Musk said in response: "Building a close partnership and joint design with the outstanding NVIDIA engineering team is key to achieving this goal."
