Oura submits listing application, smart ring business revenue increases significantly

Abstract:

Finnish smart ring manufacturer Oura has submitted a listing application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company's latest disclosed financial data shows that its revenue has grown significantly over the past year, while its paid membership and product sales have also continued to expand.

According to documents submitted by the company, Oura's revenue in the nine months ended June 30 this year reached US$1.2 billion, while revenue in the same period ended June 30 last year was US$697 million, an increase of approximately 72%. The company has previously disclosed revenue of $500 million in 2024 and approximately $1 billion in 2025, and expects revenue to be close to $2 billion this year.

In terms of product and user scale, Oura said that it has sold 3.6 million rings in the past year and currently has about 5 million paying members. These members receive a broader set of health data metrics through a subscription service.

The document also shows that the company’s weighted average 12-month retention rate for members is about 85%, meaning that about 85% of members who sign up in a given month remain subscribed a year later.
