On September 10,
Qijing Automobile officially released a statement in response to the screenshot of "Qijing GX7 media group mistakenly posted content related to Xiaomi Pengcheng attack and defense" that was circulated online recently.
The explanation stated that the relevant staff made an operational error and mistakenly sent internal work information to the media group. After discovering it, the group was hastily disbanded due to handling.
The official explanation is that the "offense and defense" mentioned in the screenshot are working terms for internal information monitoring, discrepancy sorting and fact verification of products in the same period, and are not intended to plan attacks or attract friends. However, the official admitted that "the word was used inappropriately, and the handling of misinformation and disbandment of the group was unprofessional" and apologized to the public, saying that it would carefully review and improve management.
Qijing Automobile also mentioned that the Qijing GX7, which will be available for pre-sale on September 4, is positioned as a five-seater smart and versatile SUV.
